So does this urban myth hold any truth? Anyone on here have Pampas grass growing outside their house?

I heard a similar myth involving butterflies on walls of houses too. The stick on ones not real ones

Its worth a half eaten mars bar, a button and some fluff as thats whats in me pocket

But most of all its worth the look on your neighbours face when you ask.... priceless

the myth apparently is people who have pampas grass in the front garden are swingers and the grass is there to show visitors that they have the right house incase they knock on a random door dressed as sex slaves lol

I've a huge pampas grass near my back door. Not sure what that's trying to say in this context....

By the way, as a garden plant its quite a bit of hassle, gotta be cut down annually & if I want to remove it I'd need a mini digger... so I'd recommend a simpler sign...

Growing up as a child nearly every other house in our street had pampas grass - Lordy Lordy so I was living in swinging heaven and I was oblivious to it !

I had pampas grass in one house and no-one ever knocked on my door in slave gear? You're supposed to set fire to them once a year too. And presumably dance round them nekked...
