Get through it a day at a time, or even an hour at a time if necessary. Put your ipod on and go for a walk. Have a bath and relax. The more you try not to think about it, the more you'll think about it, so find other things to do. It'll get easier every day. Work out how much you spend per hour on smoking then think about how many hours you need to resist for new shoes, new underwear, a holiday... And think about the benefits to your skin, your teeth, your overall fitness. Congratulations on quitting.Stick with it. You can do it! | |||

"get help from stop smoking group it work , do it before you try to give up . mrs minxy as now been off them for 14 weeks and was a smoker for 30 years they were fab . dont do the e cigs they are worse than ordinary cigs and still contain all the cancer giving gems. Patches do work but they cost a bit , invest in a prescription budget pass ,cost £30 but really does pay . Take a £10 . roll it up and set light to it , because thats what you do with your money every time you buy a pack . " But mine only cost £5.99 ? | |||
