What is colconnon mash?"

Colcannon mash is mashed potato with kale or other cabbage. I have mustard in it too but then I have a tendency to spike up most mash with english mustard.

Never had it, I surprise myself some of the things I'll eat when I'm not a huge fan of the ingredients but I'd try that

Titz Towers, North Notts

Fried sirloin steak in a butter and black pepper sauce, with chips, onion rings and mushy peas.

It actually turned out rather well. Even if there was a small fire that luckily passed unnoticed.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I'll probably do noodles or something.

I had pasta with chicken and bacon for lunch.
