Has any one else had issues with them i made a order three weeks back and have phoned pretty much every other day since as it hasn't been dispatched any one else had this issue and does any one have any advice as when i ask to speak to a manager they either are not available or the phone gets put down

many many years ago I used to run a studio catalogue got the stuff fine it was more when it came to paying the money off no matter how much I paid them I always seemed to owe them a penny which they then sent me a letter about charging me £28 for the privilege this happened 4 times till eventually I sent them a check for a hundred pounds with a note saying take your money and the extra penny I owe you then send me the change. it did finally stop after that but would never have anything off them ever again xxxxxx
