If a head teacher walks out onto a public highway and starts haranguing members of the public who then respond with abuse and the head teacher calls the police...

should the head teacher be charged with a breach of the peace? After all she caused the kerfuffle.

Why did he go out in the first place? Its not exactly cleaver of him but what was his motive?

If they were stood at the school gates its not an image that promotes the school but its not against the law. I think he possibly went too far but calling the police wow the reaction to him must have been strong.
