I've experienced both and there are good and bad techniques all round. As I prefer to give pleasure, and oral in particular, I would opt for a female every time.

I think it depends on how aroused you are, if your not into guys then it not going to happen with a guy (unless there is another women present at the time and thats the turn on), the brain is where most of the action happens
