Log Cabin/Lodge Help please

Hoping to get away for a few days at the end of next week and looking to rent a log cabin/lodge with jacuzzi (and preferably a real fire) in either the Lake District or South Wales.

Over to you for your recommendations and where to avoid please.

Shame it has to be South Wales, there's a pub/restaurant nr. Conwy that has it's own lodge in Snowdonia. They don't give you the location until you pick up the keys. Completely isolated, sleeps upto 8 and has a log fire and an outdoor jacuzzi that looks out over the mountains.

White cross bay in the Lake District.. There are a few lodges..

We stayed in one a while back, Esk Peak Lodge (i think was called)

It was lovely..

Private hot tub, no real fire though

Could try the ones in the Forest of Dean, up by symonds yat. Very close to South Wales.They have jacuzzi's .
