Only has lasagne at 7.30! And as I am lying in bed and they were in my handbag next to me, seemed like a good option to me

Wouldn't normally eat this late however I know for me personally it is a rare thing and I will always eat when my body is telling me I need to.

One of the reasons I don't keep processed or precooked food in the house

If I want toast I would have to get the flour, yeast and water out... By the time the prove has finished I am asleep

That is sensible. I just don't feel hunger after 10pm. Even if I missed dinner by about 10pm I won't feel hungry. If food in front me at a dinner party late then I will find myself picking at bits on the table but not because I am hungry.

Yes normally if I haven't eaten by 8pm I won't as not hungry anymore but I have this weird mid cycle I am starving, doesn't normally happen late at night though so a new one for me!

I only ever eat when I am hungry and not a "habit" so if I start being late night hungry I shall stop as it isn't good for your body to eat this late.

I call this "death by buffet", ie when you are at a work meeting and food is ordered in.
