Anything can be hot, it depends on the person wearing it and the rest of the outfit.

I have worn mine at various times in the past, even with a short evening dress, it depends how you want to put together your outfit. I have met a guy who wore them under jeans and he had a rock style going on. He looked good.

They can be worn in a comical way. I shall be getting out my fringed cowboy boots and my Lycra purple leggings in March again for the Steel Panther gig
