Morning all!

I shall make a concerted effort to tidy my house. I now have a very good incentive to do so, and it is time to move on further.

So I shall stay away from the forums most of the weekend. Hopefully, order and fun will be restored later!

Well done laine in giving up ciggies, keep up with the good work!

Hopefully, by ignoring them, they soon get fed up with the lack of attention and move on to another board, and leave this place!

Thanks for the no smoking support peeps, just decided that's it, enough, and am going cold turkey.

I do have an incentive though as Mrs Redhotcpl and I are doing the 'race for life' later this year.

I think it would be frowned upon if I were to stop halfway round for a drink of water and a gasper! ty xxxxxxxxxxxx
