If your Doctor told you, that you had a serious medical condition and that you your body would gradually deteriorate day by day, and you would need constant care, and in 6 months you probably be dead. Would you just sadly accept it until the day of judgement? I would throw a big wild and loud party, in other words have my own Wake! but one I could attend still living. After which I would like to end up in bed with at least two luscious Ladies and die with a big smile on my face! Yes I want to go out with a bang not a whimper.

I'd kill myself before needing constant care, would hate to put that on anyone.
