What is your Term of Endearment of choice?

I am a sod for calling people sweetpea and sweetheart.

I am quite a fan of being called baby, but only in a D/s situation. Otherwise it winds me up!!

I use 'love' and 'darling' a lot with my female friends, sometimes call randomers love too I.e "sorry love".

'Mate' when talking to a male I thoroughly overuse. I'm always calling blokes mate.

With my family it tends to be 'our'. Our Kim. Our Gav. etc.

I will use their name if i know it, otherwise its hun, hunni, babe or babes for the women and mate or matey for the guys.

I find it hard to have a text or mailed convo without using a term of endearment cos it doesnt feel natural to just end a sentance without an identifier.

I used to use sweetie a lot, but a lot of women got narked at that so i dropped it

If it's someone close or my children I do call them darling , baby or sweetheart , my friends and colleagues I say love. I am a very affectionate and loving person and it's just a natural thing to do , if a man doesn't like it then they cant go sod off its who I am.

Although I don't really like to be called dear by a man it reminds me of something and old person would say lol
