Its been a long time since i had one to many....drinks anyways

But when i did, i always took 3 paracetamols and loads of water before going to bed...

sleep like a baby and probably wet meself due to the water but always woke up with no hangover

A friend swears by taking paracetamols before drinking and she says she never gets a hangover. I've never tried it personally as i stick to energy tablets and looots of carbs! Mrs x

Banana, paracetamol, water.

The headache from a hangover is mainly down to potassium levels being low due to the effects of alcohol on the liver and kidneys, bananas are quite rich in it. Obviously there will be some dehydration but its not as severe as many think.

Speed up the bodies absorbtion of the paracetamol by taking it with coffee...

My friend used to swear by taking milk thistle tablets before going out.

I know banana helps as said above, other than that have to just get on with it and hope the night was worth it.

Whilst out.between each dink(alcoholic) have a glass of water. Pint before you get in.Flat helps settle the stomach. Dont have orange juice as it is to acidic.

failing that when you get hone and you think hangover and sickness is a distinct possibility, a finger down the throat,and puke your guts up to get rid of it all(works for me)

Pre hydratewith water and forever Liiving Aloe Vera Gel Rehydrate with water after a few drinks . Drink a pint of water before bed . Eat well before you go out . And if still a bit fuzzy the next day cream of tomato soup .
