V's son is worried about death.

the fact its forever and he wont see anyone (poor thing, he is only 11).

i said to her to get him to go to the library and read up on different religions ideas of death, and the afterlife and so on, and then he can make up his own mind.

some religions suggest death isnt all, but there is more afterwards, and i think this would make him feel a little more easy about the fact.

what would you suggest to broach the subject with a kid?

Talk about it with him, the adult should research it as much as the child I think, my 14 year old was the same and we talked about different faiths and belief systems, we have great discussions about it now, the last was last night
