They used to sell Vegetable chips and were amazing... basically chips you cooked in the oven but were potato, spinnich and carrot. My little un would have loved them and an extra way to sneak in some vitamins

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I think I've shopped there twice. There isn't a convenient one here and it's not really the sort of food I buy.

Cardiff

Im going in 30 mins.

I reccomend the 'cornetto's for £1 (x6)

And the range of Chinese / Indian meals and rices they do.

£1.50 each, great for me on Tuesdays and Wednesday nights as I get in around 8.30 pm and can chuck them in the oven

I dont have one local to me, but when visiting my mum we had a takeaway style night and all had the indian curries from iceland, tikka was gorgeous and tasted better than my local indian. Was even better that it cost £1.50 instead of £6

No, nothing against it. I use Lidl. I just don't buy much frozen food.

Have to say I was surprised at the amount of fresh stuff when we got one down the road not long ago. Meat, fruit and veg etc and household stuff like loo roll, cleaning products, pet food. Good deals on drinks both soft and alcoholic. I couldn't do all my shopping there all the time but it's very convenient being able to do a shop there on the way home from school on a Friday, spend£40 and have it delivered for free an hour or two later.

Actually, Iceland had online shopping before it was mainstream, but stopped it for some reason.

Delivery will still be free

and i do tend to get more veg based items than anything else.

Im not keen on over processed food either but some of their stuff is ok ..

I cant get out to shop so this would help bigtime.

Shame it's in Rivergate though. Also known as the part of Peterborough that central government allowed to flood to save Northampton. Seriously I would take the arse end of Peterborough over Northampton any day.

You haven't missed a lot its pretty much the same as other places but with a higher frozen content. Their policy and excuses over the horse meat scandal was interesting though they were more of a so what attitude which surprised me.

The latest Icelandic developmemt is:

They have qualified for the European Play-Off phase of the World Cup qualifying process where, due to FIFA's unsporting seeding system, they will most likely have to face France or Portugal over two legs.

Still, an achievement getting this far for a country with a little over 300,000 people.
