I would cry if I think of having to say goodbye to the pets at the vets one last time.

If I think of some of the events that happened after my late partner's death, I would cry, so I try not to think about them if at all possible.

I cry at the drop of a hat lately, although i have been quite ill for the last 3 months and guess i am getting fed up and frustrated with myself as i feel i am not good enough for my kids or Phil, i was an emotional wreck before that though it just seems worse now i guess lol

Flicking through the tv channels once I happened upon a football match. I don't know who was playing, what the tournament was: I could care less, I loathe football.

Anyhow this lad missed a goal and looked so distraught I burst into tears: wtf?!!

In my defence I'm a lady of a certain age and I'm sure hormones played a major part!

Having witnessed such madness with you, I can see why you wouldn't want to go. If you do decide to go I'm sure you'll do a grand job.X x x

It doesn't sound that random. It sounds like it would be too much and you can't face too much at the moment. Look after yourself and give again when you can.

I think the darker mornings and evenings also lead to extra weeping until we get used to it again. That's what I'm blaming it on.

I am very emotional and tearful at the moment but I'm going through an upsetting time.

I think it's a good thing to express emotion

There is a condition called Labile Emotion, you dont always have conscious control over them and you can burst into tears over absolutely nothing or become angry for absolutely no reason.

Had that for years.

Actually I have been okish just lately, lack a bit of motivation but haven't cried recently (apart from Thurs or Fri evening) but I do have random emotional moments, noticed that it is worse during the winter months or just after my Depo injection.

Although don't think I'll ever be as bad as I was after ending up with bad concussion, I remember leaving my chocolate cake and storming out of a cafe in tears over absolutely nothing

All the medication the mad scientists have been throwing at me has messed with my hormones.

Not only am I getting angry over silliness but I get so angry that I end up crying! Tears don't half ruin a good self-righteous rant!

I'm awful at the moment. I'm waiting on hospital appointment and wondering what's happening in my body. Which makes me worry about my daughters all sets me off. I know there's no point in worrying but I hate the waiting, on week six since referral and was classed as urgent

Can also watch tv and burst out crying! Do that regularly but not so bad when there's people around

I don't understand why getting emotional is seen as such a negative thing. Sure nobody likes a cry baby but if on occasion someone Gets Emotional then there will be a reason. O detest when my hormones get blamed even if thats valid. If I get like that I snuggle down with my dogs and watch sad movies and get it out of my system.

Sometimes I do. And it's normally just before mother nature arrives.

I didn't used to suffer but now I do and it can be like Jekyll and Hyde.

Well of course it miscarried!

Pandas aren't meant to give birth to tigers!
