The best film ever?

What is the best film you have ever seen and what makes it so great?

Mine would 'Captains Courage' which I first seen when I was about 12, its an old black and white film with Spencer Tracey as a fisherman who saves an obnoxious rich kid who falls off an ocean and through love and kindness turns him into a decent human being, I balled my eyes out when Tracey was killed towards the end.

It is hard to pick out one from so many diverse genres.

However just because I am a big kid I still love Raiders OTLA, Terminator 2 and Predator!

Goodfellas is also a favourite.

Bladerunner will always be at the top of my list.

Followed by Being There and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
