Off the top of my head though try Rubber55. I haven't checked their catalogue lately so not sure if they have military.

There's also Libidex but I find them over-priced.

Lady Lucie Latex might be worth a look too. As might Catalyst Latex.

I'm trying to remember the name of one more but it's eluding me.

Farnham common

Westwardbound in Plymouth but online only. Very well made and helpful. have ebay site so bargains can be found. Unusual in that most items are available in UK ladies sizes 6 to 26 so plumptious Princesses can enjoy the pleasure.
