Well done you. Just a little tip - increase your vitamin c intake for a few weeks - fruit juice etc. You may find you get a few mouth ulcers due to stopping smoking, and vit c will help keep these at bay. Keep up the good work

Thanks I will try that . And thanks to everyone's reply I've stopped before but never felt this good after the first week it's always been a struggle. There are times I could kill for a real cig but there is so much more I want to try and save up for

7yrs 9mths and 5 day .... not that im counting!!! On occasions I still could happily pick up a cigarette and smoke it!!!! (but I think about the pros and cons and the pros ALWAYS win!)

Very well done! Something I've been wanting to do for ages but I've struggled.

Tried an e-cig but was a bit unsure about it so I'm considering buying a proper vaporizer and giving that a go.

Factual lmao yeh yeh I love the fact you ignore the fact most smokers have far worse issues rats are not atomically the same as human no matter what dribble you have been spoon fed like I said gullible people are such a laugh you keep it coming you are digging yourself a hole but I guess you like doing that.
