Does caffeine affect you?

I'm a bit like tigger today as I'm 3 cups of tea into the day! I'll be having at least another 2 cups of tea today - god help the people who I see today!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I don't have caffeine - except that found in chocolate. Maybe now that I am old I should introduce caffeine to give me some Tigger.

In men caffine can lead to an enlarged prostate and also water infections, it was introduced as a medicine, a stimulant for the heart, and it still works in that way,

I need a very strong cup of coffee in the morning or I would feel ratty.

During weekdays I would have a can of Coke for lunch, none during the weekend, however, the coffee at weekends is larger to compensate.

That's all the caffeine I consume in a day.

I like caffeine. I turn into the Disney character Stitch after too much though.

I have no caffeine Monday to Friday as it wreaks havoc with my insides and it would be impossible to work. I'll have a cup of coffee or two on a Saturday and Sunday morning and that's about it.

No way can anyone drink that much in a day!!YYou'd do nothing but drink surely

Also I'd imagine of that was every day you would be suffering the effects of caffeine poisoning as well.

I had to take a girl to hospital once as her hands were turning blue ans she was shaking. Turns out she had d*unk 3 cans of Redbull and no food that day and she was suffering the effects of the caffeine.

It's marked safe to consume because it assumed that people will only drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee at 100-300mg per cup. Drinking more than this risks hypertension, insomnia, anxiety issues etc

Caffeine is added to most "fast acting" painkillers as it speeds up the metabolic rate and therefore absorption of said painkiller. It is finding its way into lots of stuff as a calorie burner for the same reason.

So just because you avoid coffee/tea/caffeine drinks dont think you are avoiding caffeine!

I do love my tea but to much Caffeine makes me want to keep going to the Loo

I have been in meeting where I have wanted to go 3 times in three hours.

Try to keep off it if I have a meeting to attend
