it's going to be a late late night for me, didn't get to bed from my nightshift until this afternoon and now it's looking like I'll be awake most of the night...

I nnormally sleep till 12 after my last night then I'm ok until about 11 pm

Though u find if I stay up longer my body seems to go onto night shift mood again and can't sleep
