I'm in the process of shifting my baby weight now! I had a very flat stomach before and am hoping for that again with diet and exercise but if I'm left with a bit of a belly there's not much I can do! Can't afford lipo lol x you look great in your pics and I know what you mean coz people tell me I look fine no need to lose more weight etc but it's a self confidence thing xx

Aren't ladies supposed to have a bit of a curve just there?

It's hard to think of another body area which is naturally flat so why the tummy area ought to be is beyond me.

A couple of things will help even if your not a member of a gym. You can do free standing squats just make sure you tense your stomach muscles as you do this. This will help tone your legs and bum at the same time which will increase the calories burnt. Try eat the same amount you do on a daily basis but break that down into 5 smaller meals as this helps speed up your metabolic rate and increase your protein to carbs ratio and eat more green to stay more lean.

I hope this helps but like the others say your a very attractive lady in your own right and the very best of luck xx

anything that causes you to tense your stomach muscles should help

and before anyone says anything about me, i know what i should be doing to lose weight, just right now i have no motivation and havent had for a fair while

ill get back to it sometime soon

isnt it funny how different people see themselves.

most wouldnt care if people are carrying a little extra timber, yet, to those carrying it, its the end of the world lol

do a search on you tube for jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack Abs Workout- Level 1

Its a good starting point concentrating just on abs, you will have to work hard for it but a flatter stomach is possible if thats what you really want.

good luck M x

We all suffer from a bit of a belly after having kiddies . Mine looks like a squidgy road map but I don't worry too much about it . Nobody has ever said eewww while pointing at it . If people don't like it , they don't need to look at it!

You look great so don't worry

Well my opinion on the baby belly is don't be silly tbh it's quite sexy so lady's don't be silly and put yourself through diets and untold amounts of exercise to shift it just embrace the beauty that it is and how more beautiful you look and knowing you've been able to give life x

Same here and prefer dark figure hugging clingy dresses that way, its not so visible, plus when I pose for pictures, I prefer it not to be seen and cover it with my hand or something

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

It can be got rid of but it takes a lot of work and a lot of time, and unfortunately most people are just too impatient, hence liposuction/tummy tucks. I have actually got used to mine now because I know until I can be arsed to actually exercise and pretty much diet it away its not going anywhere. And I like my food too much.

Hi everyone x

Well I agree it's only when your the one with something that your conscious of that you worry and everyone else isn't really noticing your bad points.....I have 3 scars on my stomach after having a transplant and although I'm slim it's something I dread people staring at when I go to clubs and get naughty....yet no one has passed any comments at all some really nice people out there and if someone doesn't like something about you, well it's their loss I think as no one is perfect and when you've had kids your marks and lumps & bumps are all part of you....I know I certainly don't look at another fems stretch marks or mummy tummy I'm way too interested in her gorgeous pussy & ass LOL x Sharron x

I've had three kids, the youngest of which is 19.

I never thought I could lose the baby pouch but if you want to badly enough it is possible, i'm almost there...and never felt happier about myself!

Yes they can nearly all disappear with the right exercise but it takes dedication and most people haven't got it. Liposuction should be avoided though so many end up with lumps and bumps after its worse than before.

While I don't think it's anything to worry about, I very much understand how we can focus on little things like that and it can get us down.

If anyone wants any help with diet/training then give me a shout, I'm a qualified personal trainer with experience helping men and women of all shapes and sizes.

Think you need to concentrate on diet more than excercise....youll build up abdominal muscle but if you dont change to good dietary intak then the fat will remain...try simple clean eating for a few weeks and you will see a huge difference.

Im in exactly the same position after carrying a 10lb baby and having a c section....but I am lucky enough to have a personal trainer who pushes my core work.....and yes its working!!!

Try laying on your back, feet together and off the floor..using your feet start writing out the alphabet in capitals....if your feet touch the floor start back at A and only push yourself to your limits...... do this every night and apparently when you can go from A to Z with out putting your feet down you will have your rusult......

I have a mummy tummy and very proud of it. I have learnt to accept it and no-one has kicked me out of bed for having it! I enjoy life too much and hate exercise even more, to worry about trying to shift it.

Yep. Fat won't turn to muscle - it'll just cover up your strong abs until its burned away.
