I wanted one when I got my original hood piercing done, but the piercer wouldn't do it, said because the second piercing goes quite deep, he wasn't willing to do it.

I might ask the piercer at my tattooist next time I go down there.

Yes, it's a specialist piercing and definitely not one to be done by just anyone. There's a risk of damage to the nerves running to the clitoris if it's not done properly.
