feeling ill

been full of cold for the past few days.

thought id try a bath will some olbas oil in it........wow feel loads better and have that lovely feeling of warmth you get from vic.

so anybody got any good home remedies which you use when not feeling so good?

Tea and honey is what you need. And you'd be bright eyed and bushy tailed in no time.

Fresh air, water and exercise. Works a treat. Pretty good at prevention too.

I always advise my wife in the healing powers of semen.

Haven't tried that medicine myself though.

Apart from a hot drink such as Ribena or Hot Toddy, I rely on the trusted combination of 2 x 500mg Paracetamol, and 1 x 60mg Sudafed Decongestant tablet, every 6 hours, add 2 x 5ml spoonsful Pholcodine Linctus (the ones with sugar in the formulations) if there is a dry cough.

That's all I have ever taken for colds and the odd flu since 1988.

Honey in hot water, fresh lemon and a bit of pepper. Burns the throat a bit (other ways of achieving that ) but helps. Drink that a few times a day and you ll feel better!
