Me and the ex used to get hers from ebay or www.queenofspadestattoos.com,and we got her hotwife jewellery from www.nipple-charms.com.We also used cafepress to get other swinger jewellery and clothing,as well as a site I can't remember the name of that made custom temporary tattoos.A couple of times we also used henna for temporary swingrr tattoos.The whole area of swinger tattoos/jewellery/clothing is quite interesting and a lot of fun to experiment with

At a guess I'd say it's for a female friend of his.It's basically a sign that a woman has a preference for,and are happy to be approached by black men (as someone else has said).There are different symbols for men who are with a woman who likes black or indeed like black themselves
