You could go out for a walk, go for a pint at your local, call a friend up and have a chat, read a book, listen to music, or....arrange a meet

Got to turn bordom into a positive, as people have said, contact friends, go out etc, I've had a good afternoon after work doing weights,exercise bike, always makes me feel good. Now just watching a funny,cheesey film, it's all good.

Cowboy Builders for me in the kitchen and she is watching the Pride of Britain Awards.

Both knackered after an evening last night with some very good friends of ours, purely social but dinner and drinks went on till well past 1 this morning, than god we are both retired
