Just seen that irritating ad on TV for a certain dating site that's designed for 'those who work in uniforms or those that admire those that do'!

Wonder how many Mcdonalds and Tesco's (other fast food eateries and supermarkets are available) employees are now breathing a sigh of belief, safe in the knowledge they have their own niche dating site?

Although come to think of it - somehow a few years back I ended up on the junk email list for some 'Christian Dating' website - odd seeing as i'm the worlds biggest atheist!

Is there really a need for this kind of site or is it just me that thinks it's a bit pointless? What's next? Specific dating sites for gingers?

I doubt anyone would think my uniform was sex if they knew half the stuff i've had down me in it, I had some women throw the condense of her commode as me last week

Personally I don't get it either.

Just someone looking to plug a non-existant gap.

If it was needed I would have thought the top sites like POF etc would have branched.

That site is owned by the same company as pof as is several other huge dating websites. It's a clever marketing tool to take several amounts of money from the same un suspecting people.

Doesn't appeal to me, I met a fireman once. Oh and a few army boys, one guy from the navy and a marine. Nothing to do with the uniform tho, coz out of it they were just ordinary good looking funny decent blokes that were my type.

I really wish I could post links in the forums sometimes. But if you google "buzzfeed dating site for everyone" and see the top result - there really is a dating site for everyone. Some made me giggle, some really made my eyes pop out!

Not only that but the databases are often cross-linked so you could end up paying twice to see the same people

Global dating and white label dating are one big database with a million different homepages to suit everyone from ugly people to classical music lovers.

I do think it exploits the lonely.

Uniforms usually do nothing for me. I found one a few years ago that did but that was more to do with the man wearing it than the uniform itself. Still, with him in it, it worked for me.

Unfortunately, whenever I saw him in it he was off to work which meant it was time for me to leave.

I've seen the advert and it always reminds me of the 999 nights I used to attend many moons ago. They were for the emergency services (obviously as the name suggests) and were known to be quite raunchy, well basically people getting plastered, having sex in a corner and being sick

Lol, I used to be quite shocked at it back then, little did I know that years later I'd be involved in much worse.

My police colleagues always used to try and get off with nurses as they said these girls were the dirtiest. I don't think it was true, just wishful thinking
