Plenty water with lemon juice flushes your system faster than anything (other than a teaspoon of cider vinegar a day, which is naaaastaaayyy).

Start the day with bananas and citrus fruits, then continue onto hangover foods such as bacon and eggs to shake off the rotten feeling quicker.

Also strenuous activity of any kind will just promote the growth of harmful germs, so keep him rested.

Whiskey, lemon, honey, cloves, a stick of cinnamon & hot water does it for me. But if it doesn't work, keep repeating; - the worst that can happen is he gets d*unk - which eases the symptoms anyhow!!!

There, that's repayment for your yummy broccoli soup recipe! Thanks

Lots of water room temp helps for me and sudofed if it gets bad all helps apart from that time is the only cure sadly.

well i have taken him off the whiskey and given him now after 6 days lemsip , should see him drinking them its like its going to kill him ..
