I have the house to myself, so I'm going to put the telly on, chill out and possibly loose a few hours in my book too!

Nothing!

Tonight will be spent doing nothing but laying on the sofa in my PJs with cheesy sat night tv, and some nibbles!

Take some paracetomol. It helps a lot (from someone who knows exactly how you feel).

Took some about 30 min ago, and going to make a point of drinking plenty as it is my own fault really.

I don't drink enough, probably only had 2 glasses of juice yesterday

Does vodka count as fluid intake?

Take a couple of ibuprofen in two hours (make sure you've eaten first!) That should knock it on the head for a while.

I'm running tomorrow morning so at some point need to get my kit together and try and get my new HRM and watch to accept that they each exist. And that is as exciting as it gets, other than that nothing more exciting than wasting time on the net and marvelling at how bad Saturday night TV is!
