What's the most embarrassing or stupid thing you have forgotten ?.

I once let the dogs out late at night for a pee and when we came down on the morning they were still sat on the back door step , luckily it was a warm dry night .

Also was walking through town with Mrs J and it started raining and my hair went all frothy , I had forgotten to rinse the shampoo out whilst showering .

I can be a bit embarrassing
