its throbbing ,,

not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

And I m not sure why,

Its not like I ve bumped or banged it, most unusual, why would my toe joint throb,?

Any suggestions, i need relief,,

If it's red and feels like grit in the joint. It's gout. Painful but tablets from your gp will have it quickly back to normal.

Its stopped now, I think I was caffeine deficiency, my first brew ( from one of my customers) of the day seems to have fixed it,

Many years ago I was in the shower in the morning after a very heavy night out to look down at my feet to see my big toe purple and at a funny angle. Hadn't felt it until then but omg it hurt now. Went to docs who told me I had broken it. I had no idea how!
