Glenrothes

That reminded me of the time my dad used to make me take a tablespoon of cod liver oil every day in the winter when I was in primary school. Came back on me all day. Still cant take even cod liver oil tablets bleurgh.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Not being quite with it this morning I nearly put soy sauce in my coffee.

I can't work out why as I take my coffee black so don't normally add anything to it.

Try cod liver oil and malt extract. It's like a very big jar of soft liquid toffee. Spoonful a day is delicious.

I can only imagine one worse thing than fish oil taste. Those Potter's catarrh pastilles *heaves at memory*. I would rather suffer catarrh.
