"How do you get rid of candlewax scars? ... "

Why would you want to get rid of something that has a good story behind it?

Bio oil. Rub it in twice a day for 15 mins each time. Rub quite hard, you need to break the scar tissue down. Do that for a couple of months and you should end up with a nice flat, white nearly invisible scar. x

somewhere

The silicone sheets are great. Used them on a thick keylode scare my daughter had. Its now flat and not tight like it was. Took about 9 mths in total to sort it out. You can get them from the GP.

They are great, but only if one has keloid scarring, they are not for normal scars.
