Slice of watermelon, slice of toast with little bit of butter.. and a fat free yoghurt.

Will be having proper breakfast soon... Of 2 crumpets, some tomatoes, mushrooms. Grilled bacon. Poached egg.

Scotch pancakes (supermarket not home made as I haven't mastered one handed cooking) and coffee. Even spreading the butter proved an interesting game chasing the pancakes round the plate.
