Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Apparently X and Y chromosomes arrived just a nanosecond before that. They're not going to last according to the woman on The Life Scientific this week.

Y will be lost before X.

Distance from earth to sun is 93 million miles.if u drew a scaled map where distance from earth to sun is 1 inch, so 1 inch equals 93 million miles, the next nearest star on the map would be 7 and half miles away.

Going by your scale Hal from the end of our solar system to the next planet we see would be over a thousand miles away according to a programme I watched the other night.

But seven and half miles is nothing - I can walk that. I don't understand how the graph paper works on this one. I'll bow out now and leave the sums to other people.

I'd best start walking then. I've only ever managed 20 miles in one walk before.
