Do you live for today

or do you plan for the future?

I'm of the mind that if I want something and I can afford it, I'll buy it. If I want to go somewhere and I can fit it in, then I'll go.

Both my parents died in their early 60's and at 56 I'm in the zone so to speak.

So I'm living for now

Yep just the same here !

Live as if you'll die tomorrow ,

Dream as if you'll live forever !

I think that was attributed to James Dean and it's definitely our motto too

Yep, three years of chemo and ops, in remission so fine now, totally changed my attitude. Part time work in winter, beach and walks in summer. Used to be materialistic, now just happy to get by, and enjoy life. The future will look after itself, have fun now.

Live for now and also have things to look forward to a few months in advance. Could get run over by a bus tomorrow, gone in an instant.

I live for today, however I am optimistic about the future, hence I plan ahead.
