But I do admit to having butterflies before a first meet

So come on fab lifers and newbies,

Who admits to still feeling that buzz of anticipation before meeting someone for the first time ?

Definitely, all part of the fun, building up the anticipation. Not just first meets either, but as we don't play that regularly, it keeps it all very fresh for us

I always get the butterflies in the tummy feeling. I love the pent up anxious feeling I get and the racing thoughts... Is he going to fancy me, am I going to fancy him, what will he be like, how will he kiss me?

I always get butterflies before a meet. The, will she or won't she turn up feeling and then the doorbell goes! . Or, the, i hope its a feckin woman that turns up and not a tv/cd feeling! Which has actually happened to me, .

I have to try and not bite my fingernails sometimes, I get that nervy

The anticipation of the build up is quite delicious

And I can't recall having been disappointed
