anyone any suggestions on how to make it easier?

Lube, lube and then a bit more lube.

Get the fister to wear surgical gloves, it avoids roughness, nails etc and decreases friction

Get the fister to go very slowly so you have time to relax

Get the fister or others to stimulate, distract, you elsewhere to aid the above.

Choose to be fisted by people with small hands.

agreed. lube gloves cut nails 1 finger at a time. take it easy and slowly. stop if it hurts or just stick with 1 or 2 fingers less.
