Which flavours would you recommend, I'm bored of normal tea and fancy a change.

We've made our own chamomile tea this year.

I like the orange and red ones - echinacea, mango & passion fruit, berries etc.

Definitely Clippers' organic green..so refreshing and very addictive

i drink lots of full fat coffee and tea

i have heard they calm you down

is that true?

I've got lots of different ones but for calming affect I go for camomile and honey. The only ones I don't like are the plain green tea ones

Red bush tea is refreshing, detoxifiying and no cafine or tannin,

don't drink when very hot, let it brew and cool down a bit...mmm
