Recently I (f) had an visually erotic experience and every night for a fortnight I got off on that stimuli.

V's drive seems pretty constant, whereas my own ebbs and flows.

it increases in the days leading up to us getting together, and then goes when she does.

no point being horny if you cant act upon it, i guess, however, to deal with V's we have a lot of phone sex lol

I can abstain totally, which is difficult to begin with for a few months but causes little problem after that. But start again and that's it, the blue touch paper is lit and I'm virtually insatiable.

I'm abstaining at the moment because I don't want a relationship but I haven't the time and energy to seek out enough regular sex to keep me from going mad.

Yes, yes I know getting sex is easy for women, unfortunately I am a bit picky, (and me a fat bird, the very cheek!), and I'll only shag people who I am attracted to.

You can keep it consistently good through moderate exercise, exercising certain parts of your body and through a very basic addition to your diet...

Namely, chicken and bananas, the tasty natural version of viagra lol

Also drink lemon juice in water daily to clean your liver and kidneys and anything pee or poo pipe related will thank you, and then so will your sex drive!
