Has anyone heard anything about it being illegal to drive while drinking an energy drink?

Seems implausable to me...

They just warn drivers not to drink too much as they can have similar effect to alcohol...

14yr old with a heart condition

But as I said, not illegal to drink it and drive....

I used to think that about the standard ones, but the ones that they sell in my local gym tastes of pop and they are a lot stronger than red bull, monster, etc.

Are you getting mixed up in that illegal to actually drive while having the drink in your hand tgen yes thats deemed illegal as driving without due care and attention.

But if not i never heard of energy drinks being illegal.

its not technically illegal to drive while eating or drinking. But it may cause you to drive without due care and attention and if it dies then you csn be pulled.
