Off to Amsterdam

We are off to Amsterdam on the 8th October for 3 nights, giving ourselves a welcome break

If anyone else is there at the same time and would like to get together feel free to contact us.

Does anyone have suggestions on where to go to see a live sex show, a couples friendly place ?

There are a couple of sex show venues, pretty much in/around the red light district. They're there to pull in tourist punters, and you'll just be amongst them. (If you want swinging voyeur play, then that area isn't really what you'd like). Touts scan the area for punters to go to these shows, and tickets - when we went - included a drink or so. You'd probably find the shows incredibly staged and corny, and not much of a turn-on, I'm guessing.

There are quite a few shows that you can go to in the RLD.

Struggling to think of the name of them, I was very stoned when I was there (all 6 times!! Lol).

Something rouge maybe......

I'll come back and pm you if I remember. Very jealous though, have not been for nearly two years. Was an annual jaunt for myself and a couple if friends.

All the live sex show are pretty much the same. You will find them in the red light area. The best drinking bars are in the red light area. NEVER walk around the red light alone especially at night.

Got to agree that the sex shows are abit crap! I found them funny and corny too. Worth a visit if nothing else just tto be nosy! lol As Onny said Casa Rosso is the main one, this is what we went to. Other half had been to Moulin Rouge and said it was much the same. There are several more, once you're in the red light district you can't fail to miss them!

I'd agree. A lot are just clip-joints, designed to attract inebriate souls and part them from their money as quickly as possible.

think you mean moulon rouge been there too , you was stoned because so many smoke dope in the clubs and you passive smoke, so be warned peeps even if you don't drink or smoke it will get to you in time, the shows are boreing as they are rehearsed bla bla , but sex museam is good and some nice naturist spas and clubs around too

It might well have done so but you can bet there'll be a 'new improved' Banana Bar popping along to rip off the unwary.

It may well have as couple of years since last year but the ones along that strip at RLD are poor excuse for show and as fellow poster said just an opportunity to get you in to pay high bar prices x

The Sex Museum is worth the entry fee and there's an exhibition of torture instruments which comes round every so often - just off the Damrak.

There's a couple of Red Light Districts. Another is off to the right as you look out from the train station. No shows as I recall but more girls in windows and a selection of cinemas.

Yes, do the RLD and window shop, see a sex show - for a laugh, but don't get stung. Do a cannabis bar.

I'd also recommend the Rijksmuseum, with an english speaking guide, lot of those old masters had a naughty sub text which you miss without a knowledgeable guide.

Not sexy at all, but do visit Anne Frank's house, very moving.

Well we both had a great time apart from one episode. Having weighed up the pros and cons we went to Moulin Rouge on Wednesday night. Seen better sex shows at Kestrels !!

S wanted a lap dance, after extensive research, window shopping , we chose a reasonably looking girl for €50. Her lap dance consisted of explaining why she charges do much, make us feel guilty to expect her to be naked, she was obviously devastated that the lap dance was not a lap dance. Her moves were amateurish to say the least. Oh well, lesson learnt but lap dance is ongoing lol.

Thursday evening we went to SamePlace. Well.....................brilliant. Admittedly there were only four couples and a few single guys. Entrance for a couple is free and drinks very realistically priced. Lovely sociable people who we can to chat socially, have a laugh, and of course weigh up there chances lol.

Sharon gave us an impromptu show of lap dancing on stage and surprised herself, she then enjoyed herself in the cage, followed with a good mmf on one of the beds.

Friendly people, licensed bar, no hassle, dance floor, dungeons and all in a liberalised country.

Well worth a visit
