Condoms in prison.

Theoretically yes in the modern day but you may have some people suggesting you are promoting safe non consensual sex.

You are surprised people not being as they actually are? Why is that? Is a vegetarian who strays and has a bacon sandwich not allowed to be a vegetarian again in the future? People are what they are, they change opinions, desires and even religions throughout life. A question for you, do you dress 24/7 as a woman or do you flit from one persona to another as your mood dictates?

Good god yes. I worked with a Prison nurse of many years standing who battled for the issuing of condoms in prison. He was a HIV counsellor, some prisoners he counselled contracted infection in prison. There is a huge morale responsibility for prison service and fuck the usual Daily Mail readers!

Most definitely. I've unfortunately diagnosed a few hep b positive males after their spells in YOT/prison. 2 of them unfortunately had learning disabilities and appeared to have been groomed

Slightly different issue, but I've also cared for a woman who came out of the nick 12 weeks pregnant after an 18 week sentence
