I used to be a 11-6 guy but mine are all over the place since joining here. Has anyone else had problems?

I worked nights for 4 years now Monday to Friday 9-5 but still used to been awake till daft o clock then up early

get by on between 4 and 6 hours a day.

every once in a while i'll 'die' for about 9 hours, but its way too infrequently.

i work nights also

With working split shifts of days and nights every week mine is completely fooked up. Its now just a case of fall asleep and hope I get a few hours...

Mine are all over the place due to shift patterns, I never knew there was a 3 in the morning till I had to set my alarm for work.

No matter how late I go to bed..I guarantee I'll get up.

But these days I like to be pissed by 10:30 cos I've got shit to do in the morning.

On the weekend I indulge in recreational hard core crack.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Sleep Bot has been very interesting. I get about 3-4 hours a night at most. I get the rest in the mornings I don't have to go out to a meeting.

Mines compleat madness. I do a 4 on 4 off shift patern. 2 12 hour days then 2 12 hour night so constantly turning my body clock round. Iv just finished my 2nd day been up since 5 this morn an im fucked but have to stay awake till 4/5 in the morning so I can sleep tomorrow day ready for night shift tomorrow night. Fecking good job the money good

Mines been all over the place for months now some nights it's 2 hrs others might be 4/5 hrs then I might not sleep for a couple of nights

12ish till 6.30 normally here ... My boys have started to stay up till 10pm so I need the 2 hours 'me' time after to settle down
