I have been 6-7 months without a real cigarette, yes its an ecig...they really helped, I was a smoker for 25 years, I never ever thought I would be a non smoker, if I can do it- you can. When I really wanted one I would either...suck my boyfriends cock or if he wasn't around walk the dog.

Clean the house, exercise, anything that will take your mind off wanting a fag.

I quit 8 months ago after 20 years.

After a recommendation from these forums , I downloaded an App called "Cessation Nation" and found it really helpful. Worth a try

A lot of it is routine ! You prob have one when you don't really need onE because that's what you have always done .... Avoid those times if you can .... And talk to some one when you want one ! Come on here and tell some one ! That will help ! Get a jar and put 30p in it every time you want one !!! You will feel good when you see it add up
