Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I've just had some extra mature cheddar and it was lovely. What's your favourite cheese (and the first one who says knob-cheese gets a smacked bum).

I love all cheese but my favourites are a very aged Brie, Port Salut, and Murcia al Vino (alcoholic sheeps cheese). Mmmmmmm!

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I`m a fan of strong cheddars such as Colliers or Cornish Tickler, cheeses that have those chunchy salt grains in them. I also like stilton or smoked cheddars but for a change I also like the slighlty acidic taste of Cheshire. I hate any of the "rubbery" cheeses like Edam or those Mini Baby Bells! Eeeeuuuukkkk!

Any cheese... Which is why I'll never be a size 10 again!!

As a general rule the smellier the better! And I've yet to find one stronger than stinking bishop!

If I had to pick one I'd go for applewood smoked.

I love the idea of alcoholic sheeps cheese. I wonder if they have any trouble getting the sheep to stand up so they can milked.

True fact - there's more regional cheese in Britain than in France. Not that my cheese eating is provincial. Room in my stomach for all of them.
