Has any of the hundreds of guys asking for advice, ever followed one given on here, and had any better luck afterwards.

Surely if you can't get laid in the vanilla world your place is not here ( and that's just our opinion).

I think some can take constructive criticism, say 5%? A few more have thick skins and eventually mellow.

Many pretend to be whatever they think is required to get a shag. Meanwhile failing to read profiles and sending 'want a shag' cut and pastes.

Vanilla is OK but gets boring and can be very dull. No BJ,s same position, not into toys, etc.

This is a whole new world

Interesting point about being unable to get laid in the vanilla world.

Maybe some people just assume because its a sexually focused site, that they will join & get some just by being here ?

I'm sure many join and aren't really interested in meeting for real, but usually the ones moaning about no meets or how poor the site is are the ones who expect their needs to be met.....possibly without meeting others expectations ?

Eh! In general, i can't recall many of the men or women who post threads asking for profile advice ever taking said advice. But then, they usually expect a magic bullet or instant fix. And i don't usually follow up on their progress.

The main change many newbies require is an attitude one.

I ve always thought that if you can t construct a profile and or a message thats engaging of your own accord afterall it takes a certain amount of intelligence and social skill to do, then the chances of you being able to implement any advice would be slim,,,

I THINK the only advice I have been given on here was to cut the rats tail off back of me head - I declined to follow that suggestion as I like it (altho I realize it is bizarre! ) and is my 'image' that for me separates me from the crowd

As for people failing to lay in the 'vanilla' world people always seem to make an assumption we are referring to males. In actual fact I can think instantly of 3 women I know (not fab members) who are currently unsuccessful in finding a bloke of any description (their reasons are diverse). I guess I've been lucky that due to my work n lifestyle n being single I am still meeting/shagging in the 'vanilla' world as well as via the conduit of fabswingers.

So it ain't always just a male problem it seems

In short, it's all about managing your own expectations and meeting those of others.

Most newbies learn to do that by themselves, while some seek the magic bullett on here, but such changes that are made to the profile after seeking advice here often don't show the necessary change of attitude and expectation.

I agree, although I respect the OP was specific to males.

I have seen many many females ranting about guys, they are given advice that could minimise, not eradicate it and are back ranting on the same subject many times... and no they don't follow it.

The advice threads are another way of getting yourself out there and some attention.

There is one particular "poster" who both myself and a whole bunch of others have given or tried to give advice to..but the guy just doesn't listen! I've given up niw completely, to the point where I'm not sure if he is on here just for a wank!

I also agree that if you can't do it in vanilla, you won't do it on here!

I've always been open to advice then i way it all up then act on it or not even constuctive critisim can be help full sometimes as im dislexic i get a lot of advice and im great full for all of it
