all over the place

Just give yourself the instant reward of saying you dont smoke ....dont wait and say i will in 3-6 weeks or whatever ...move into the other camp straight away ..it helps reinforce it in your mind.

My dad used those tablet after smoking 40 a day. He hasn't smoked since and that was 10 years ago.

Bristol

allways teased wiggles about her lack of ability to quit smoking, she would quit for 9 months+ to have a kid, but soon as she switched baby to a bottle out came the fags.

Yet now I realize how hard it may be, i'm kinda addicted to cola (drinking upto 2 littres a day) to point where even ended up in hospital throwing up blood, due to all the acid, but am struggling like mad not to go buy a can

My wife (Sandie) was diagnosed with breast cancer 4 years ago .....

She's ok now thank fuck ..

We'll never know if smoking was the cause or not, but it stopped her from partaking in the habit ......

Even now, 4 years down the line, although she could 'murder a tab' she wouldn't go near them ..

In time of weakness - think of this

Good luck and don't give in to the evil ... because not only will it damage your health but it also creates millions of £ssssss to our greedy government - so 2 reasons to quit

stick with it!!

i used to drink up to 3 litres of a day (honestly!)

i stopped a few months ago, i was really ill for 8 days with a banging headache and sickness...it was caffaine withdrawals, but now 3 months on i feel sooo much better for not drinking it, and ive saved no end of money too lol

Try and stick with it - my mum used the tablets from the doctor - Champix, after 40 years of smoking and they worked for her. I gave up 6 years ago for 3 years and then started again when my dad passed away. Still smoking but would like to quit.
