Vol-au-vents are puffy, and you can put indian stuff in them. Nobody would know the difference

Nope , not samosa,s i know how to do them. Thes would be fried and are little ball shaped things...wait for them to go cold and crispy and them poke a hole and fill

It would start as a dough and become like a thin pastry when cooked. the south africans have summat similar called popovers..so i may try them. you fill with chutneys etc
