Maybe it's just that time of year with all the students about - but bugger me - I'm feeling old every time I hit a bar recently!

I know just how you feel. Its my birthday next wk an im gutted. My little girl seams to have grown into a young woman over night an boys are starting to sniff round her. Seams like only yesterday she wasn't much bigger than my hand......life sucks sometimes

Nonsense I am your age and just about to start my 2nd year in uni and I go out partying with my much younger uni friends. When I am around them I feel much younger and they are a lot of fun to be around as they have less responsibilities. The key is to find younger friends.

My wonderful yoga teacher will be 68 this year. She goes clubbing once a month or so spending the whole weekend up and dancing. Then off to work on Monday and back home in the evening to teach a yoga class.

Come to a class with me (it's all busty women) and she'll get you feeling young again.
